At Thrive Therapy AZ, Grazi provides compassionate therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions, creating a supportive space where individuals and families can better understand their experiences and develop practical tools for growth and emotional well-being.

Welcome

Hi, I’m Grazi, a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families.

I work with teens and young adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating relationship challenges, or going through difficult life transitions. Some of the people I work with reach out themselves, while others connect with me with the support of a parent who wants to help their child feel more confident and emotionally supported.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s going on and develop practical tools for moving forward.

Who I Work With

I primarily support:

• Adolescents navigating emotional and social challenges
• Young adults managing stress, identity development, and life transitions
• Families who want to better understand and support their child

Many people reach out when they notice they are feeling more withdrawn, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves, and are looking for support and practical strategies to help them move forward.

Area of Focus

I work with individuals experiencing:

• Anxiety and stress
• Depression
• Relationship and interpersonal challenges
• Social skills difficulties
• Self-esteem concerns
• Grief and loss
• Borderline Personality Disorder
• Mental health challenges related to medical conditions

My Approach

Therapy with me is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based therapy, and systems theory to help clients better understand their experiences and develop practical coping strategies.

I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and actively involved in the process.

What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it's normal to feel unsure about what the process will look like.

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brings you to therapy, and identifying goals for our work together. From there, we will begin developing strategies and skills that support growth and emotional well-being.
